The Knicks have signed guard Jared Harper to a Two-Way contract according to Keith Smith of Yahoo Sports.

This now means that both of the Knicks’ Two-Way roster spots are filled as it was reported by Bobby Marks of ESPN on Sunday that the Knicks would also be signing shooting guard Theo Pinson to a Two-Way.

Harper is 23 years old and was ranked by ESPN as a 4-star recruit coming out of high school. After receiving multiple D1 offers from schools such as Kansas and Ole Miss, he committed to Auburn University and spent 3 years there where he averaged 13.5 ppg and 4.8 asts. He was also voted to the second-team All-SEC twice during his college career. After going undrafted last year, he earned a Two-Way deal with the Phoenix Suns after his performance in the 2019 Summer League in Las Vegas. The former Auburn guard is listed as 5’10” and averaged 20.8 ppg on 42% shooting and registered 5.7 asts in 30 minutes last season while playing for the Northern Arizona Suns in the NBA G League.

Harper is a good shooter and passer that can add both spacing and playmaking to the Knicks backcourt.  A great athlete for his size, Harper will be eager to prove his usefulness to the Knicks new coaching staff when training camp begins on December 1st.
